DESCRIPTION OF THE OBJECT

Seven-story administrative building in the center of Donetsk with a total area of ​​more than 8 thousand square meters. Designed to accommodate employees of CJSC Ukrinvest. On the ground floor there is a central hall, a multifunctional hall for 50 people, a conference room for 20 people and a restaurant.

Optional: On the 2,3,4,5 floors, universal type office premises, a conference room, technical and household premises are planned. On the 6th-7th floors, office premises for company executives are provided.
